Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) after your order is placed and payment is received.

We deliver within the UK, including Northern Ireland. Standard delivery is within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch, and delivery is free.

Yes, the price shown is the price you pay. Message us if you would like to confirm the amount for a particular machine or accessory before you order.

Once your order has been dispatched you receive an email with tracking information. We use carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and Royal Mail, and the tracking email names the carrier used. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact info@uklasergroup.com or call 01827 951 051 and we will work with the carrier to locate it.

Our terms say it is your responsibility to check for cosmetic damage before accepting a delivery from the courier. If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We may ask for photos of the damaged packaging and items to make a claim with the carrier, and any replacement or refund is covered by our Refund Policy page, where our team can confirm how it applies. Report any problem within 3 days of receiving your product.

All devices come with a minimum 12-month warranty covering parts and labour. The handpiece warranty varies by device and is shown in each device's description. Consumable and external parts such as adapters, power cables, glasses and filters are not covered. The warranty is void if a device is tampered with, misused or improperly maintained, including not servicing it.

After the first 12 months an extended warranty is available at an additional cost, which depends on the specific machine. We also offer annual safety inspection and compliance servicing through our own service engineer, and servicing must be pre-booked. Contact us to discuss the options for your machine.

Returns and refunds for laser machines are covered by our Refund Policy page. Our team can confirm how it applies before you order, so email info@uklasergroup.com with any questions.

Our laser machine listings state that the necessary machine training is included with your purchase, in accordance with manufacturing and UK regulations, along with full Core of Knowledge study with all laser machine purchases. Check your machine's listing and ask us what is included. Our products are intended for use by trained professionals.

Yes. We offer finance and leasing packages that can combine the cost of full training and equipment over a minimum of 12 months on nearly all brand new machines, through optional lenders Origin Finance and Ideal-4-Finance. Finance is subject to status and may incur additional costs. See our Finance page or message us to get started.
