Service & Maintenance

Our laser servicing covers annual safety inspection checks on your laser machine, carried out by our own service engineer, with a PAT test if required. Servicing is pre-booked, and our team confirms the date with you. This page explains what a service includes and how warranty repairs work.

We do more than train and sell laser and beauty equipment: we also provide full annual safety inspection checks, which may also be required for legal purposes such as insurance. Our Laser Machine Service plus PAT Test add on covers advised annual checks in line with UK work acts. Our service engineer, Richard Smith, arranges the required servicing and the additional PAT test if required, and we have a fully trained machine specialist who can fix and maintain machines from our Northwest and Midlands clinics in the UK.

Servicing must be pre-booked, and full payment is required to secure your booking. Contact us on WhatsApp 07379 621 635, by phone on 01827 951 051 or by email at info@uklasergroup.com and our team will confirm a date. A service does not include new equipment such as handpiece parts, and annual compliance tests exclude repairs, parts or other costs. Repairs on equipment not covered under warranty, or from third party sellers, are charged at an hourly fee.

Warranty is separate. Our machines come with a 12-month warranty for parts and labour. If a machine breaks down under normal circumstances, we ask for a remote maintenance check by Zoom or Facebook first, because most issues, such as water fills, can be resolved immediately. If a manufacturer fault is confirmed and the machine has to come to us, UK customers are given a loan machine free of charge during the repair.

Our service engineer is Richard Smith, who arranges the required servicing and any additional PAT test. We also offer a full maintenance and service scheme that employs a fully trained machine specialist, who can fix and maintain machines from our Northwest and Midlands clinics in the UK, so machines do not need complicated international returns.

Servicing must be pre-booked. Contact our team on WhatsApp 07379 621 635, call 01827 951 051 or email info@uklasergroup.com, and we will confirm a date with you. Full payment is required to secure your booking.

We advise annual checks in accordance with UK work acts, and the safety inspection may also be required for legal purposes such as insurance. Our warranty terms also state that the warranty is void if a machine is improperly maintained, including not servicing the machine.

Our machines come with a 12-month warranty for parts and labour. The handpiece is covered for natural faults only, and flash lamps and laser handpieces are covered for a minimum number of shots or 12 months, whichever is soonest. After the first 12 months an extended warranty is available at an additional cost, priced for the specific machine.

Yes, where a manufacturer fault is confirmed. We deliver a loan machine free of charge while your machine is being repaired, so you can continue to offer treatments and honour client bookings. Collect and return with a loan machine is for UK customers only, and the loan machine may not be like for like. It is not available for damage caused by dropping or other misuse.

Our servicing information covers repairs on equipment that is not covered under warranty, including equipment from third party sellers, which are charged at an hourly fee. Contact us with the make and model of your machine and what it is doing, and we will advise you on the next step.

A full manufacturer's warranty means that if equipment develops an issue under normal use and conditions, it will be rectified as quickly as possible, normally within an agreed time of 10-14 days. We first ask for a remote maintenance check by Zoom or Facebook, as most issues, such as water fills, can be resolved immediately. Misuse and operator error are excluded.
