We can now offer finance/ leasing packages combining the costs for both full training, and beauty/laser equipment over a minimum of 12 months on nearly all of our brand new machines with optional finance lenders.

We are pleased to be able to provide more than just training, and sales of laser and beauty equipment but to also provide full annual safety inspections checks (which may also be required for legal purposes like insurances)

We have previously provided services/maintenance under warranty but will now be able to offer advised annual checks in accordance to UK work acts.

Servicing will be available from £275 - £350 and will be required to pre-booked. Once you purchase your service online our team will contact you to confirm a date.

Our service engineer Richard Smith will arrange to complete the required servicing and additional PAT if required.

Laser machine service questions

It is a full annual safety inspection check, with additional PAT if required. We have previously provided servicing and maintenance under warranty, and we now offer advised annual checks in accordance with UK work acts. New equipment such as handpiece parts is not included in the service.

The PAT test is an add on to the laser machine service, completed by our service engineer if required. The page does not describe the test in more detail, so if you are not sure whether your machine needs it, contact us and we will advise before you book.

The description says annual safety inspection checks may also be required for legal purposes like insurance. Our terms also say the warranty is void if a machine is improperly maintained, including not servicing it. Ask your insurer what they require, and contact us if you want to book the checks.

No. The description states that services do not include new equipment such as handpiece parts. If your machine needs parts, contact us and we will explain the options. Under our terms, if the warranty is void, the cost of repairs is the responsibility of the customer.
