All of our machines are custom built, and therefore non refundable. We offer a minimum full 12 month warranty on our beauty / laser equipment and for complete peace of mind promise that we will ensure should anything go wrong out side of this time that our team with have the issue fixed for any small parts and labour fee.

We can arrange to have all UK Laser Group Ltd products including our beauty equipment, laser machines, spare items like additional laser glasses, or repairs being returned to you delivered to your door using tracked delivery with worldwide shipping providers such as DPD or FedEx.
